A summary relating this course to the board certification domains is required in addition to the certificate to claim credit(s) with CBMT. 

To log these into CBMT, go under the Workshops/Courses/Conferences/Independent Learning category and choose the 'Other Continuing Education Opportunities' option. Keep a copy of your summary paragraph and of your certificate of completion in case of audit.

*You can get an additional 2 credits for reading the journal article if you complete a written summary and full reference citation.
